The Raven will be staging it's annual New Years Eve Fancy Dress party again this year. This festive night will feature entertainments and promotions as usual (to be confirmed).
Prizes for the best dressed male and best dressed female will be awarded on this increasingly popular night. A 2:00am bar should keep all you boozers happy right through.

First of all congratulations must go to the winners of the "Battle of the bands" event which took place last week, State of the Nation beat all opposition to claim their prize. Look out for more details of this event soon.

Home cooked Fayre is served Monday to Saturday between 11am to 2.15pm. Evening meals available for Hotel Residents on request.
BUSINESS: MEETINGS AND CONFERENCES:
We can accommodate any size of business meeting. from the smaller board meetings of two or three, right through to 100 seated theatre style in our stylish function suite.
PLEASURE: WEDDINGS AND FAMILY CELEBRATIONS. when its time for a family get together, the experience of the management and staff at the raven lodge is second to none. guests can opt to use our bar restaurant area for an informal buffet or meal. Alternativley our grand function suite can accommodate anything from 50-200 people for a real party atmosphere. With its own DJ stand, dancefloor, private bar, split seating areas and late bar, it really is perfect for keeping all ages and guests happy. But don't take our word for it, come and see for yourself. Any of our staff would be delighted to show you the facilities at The Raven Lodge and discuss the possibilities with you.

On the 17/18/19 April 2003 the Raven was the host of a benefit gig to raise money for the some of the musicians of St.Helens who had their practice room broken into which resulted in approx. £10000 worth of equipment being stolen.
